Coincidentally I’m interested in taking a look at Dimdim as well. Do you have any experiences with it yet? We use Macromedia Breeze here (now Adobe Connect), but I’m always looking to experiment with additional tools.
I’m especially keen to have a look at the open source version they have available.

Mike .. sorry huge delay .. I have been really busy at my school (and after) with winding up the academic year that I have not been doing much of anything with the blog or my networks.
No., I have yet to test Dimdim .. but it looks promising. Let me know what you discover. Thanks –Frank
Hi Frank, No experimentation on Dimdim just yet but I certainly want to come back to it when I’ve got the time.
I went so far as looking at the installation requirements and it appears to be pretty involved and not something that can just be tossed on a server quickly (at least not by novices like me). So I want to wait until I can devote dedicated time - lest I completely break something
When I do manage to get an instance up and running I’ll be sure to let you know. Perhaps we can take a look together.
